Lean Six Sigma Design
A Design event develops a process for a good or service that does not currently exist.This course covers the base standard process all Lean facilitators in the State of Iowa’s training program utilizes when leading a Kaizen or Design event. The course provides hands-on experience to increase confidence in facilitation.
