Have you ever worked in a process with several other people, who perform the tasks in various ways resulting in different outcomes for your customers? Standard work is the written and visual documentation of the most efficient and safest way to consistently perform a task. Implementing standard works helps to ensure that your customers will receive the same high-quality level of goods and services from your team, first time, every time. This class will walk you step-by-step through a process to develop standard work.
It is recommended that employees attend as a team or several team members from a team attend together. This will help to better ensure that the information learned can be successfully applied in the work setting.

Course Delivery
Standard Work course is a combination of self-paced modules and virtual cohort discussion. There are three modules you will be able to complete at your own pace followed by application practices of the information. You will have the opportunity for one-on-one time with a course trainer to discuss the curriculum and application of information. In order to continue to build upon your experience, there will also be cohort discussion at the end to learn from other attendees and their experience of course information application.
