ELIAS Help Desk/Level 1 Work Flow Report Out

From the point a system issue is identified and comes into ELIAS Level 1 Help Desk to the point the issue is resolved by ELIAS Level 1 or sent on to others (including ELIAS Level 2): then from the point the decision/resolution is determined by or arrives back to ELIAS Level 1 and ELIAS Level 1 disseminates resolution. This includes MPEP.
