Historical City Budget Data Comparison Tool

An Excel based tool for presenting and comparing historical budget data for all cities in Iowa.  A side-by-side comparision of up to four Iowa cities can be accomplished using this tool.  The information supplied in this tool has been aggregated from past budget submitted yearly to the Department of Management.
