Custom Colors and Palettes
We now have the ability to configure custom colors and palettes to be used by end-users in the State Data Portal for creating visualizations. If you are interested in creating a custom color palette, please send me the hex codes for the colors. A hex code is a six-digit number or letter combination that is used to represent a specific color preceded by a #. Codes should be listed in the order in which you would like them to appear. Once created the color palette will be available for use in creating charts and maps on the State Data Portal.
Improved Filter Autocomplete Dropdown
The filter autocomplete dropdown when applying a filter to a visualization in the Visualization Canvas is no longer limited in the number of values it shows. It will now show all available values, instead of the top 20. When applying the filter, you can also choose to sort autocomplete values alphabetically as well as by frequency.
