The purpose of this tool is to help cities allocate their commercial & industrial replacement payments (backfill) by fund according to the property tax levies being used during the coming fiscal year. To use this tool, enter/select your city name and fill in the proposed property tax rates for the next fiscal year on the "Property Tax" tab of this spreadsheet. Once the proposed property tax rates are entered, totals will appear to the left on the lines for the fund columns into which the payments should be budgeted.
