This tool is intended to allow cities to estimate the amount of Consolidated General Fund Levy ("CGFL") for the term of FY 2024-2025 through FY 2027-2028.  The results of  using this tool are only estimates of future potential revenues, and are not guarantees.  Cities will be required to make their own estimate of taxable valuation growth in order to use this tool.  Estimates of the future taxable valuation will not be provided by the Department of Management.
