Master Agreement (MA) - An MA is a competitively solicited contract for goods or services that establishes prices and terms and conditions for the purchase of goods and services of general use. Agencies and Political Subdivisions may purchase any dollar amount from an MA without the need for any further competitive process, provided approved funds are available to cover the purchase and it is within the spending limits established in the MA. MAs for a particular item or class of items may include a single vendor, multiple vendors, or resellers.
