Definition
A communication plan defines what should be communicated, who should it be communicated to, when the information should be communicated, how communication will occur (email, mail), and who is responsible for delivering.
Use When:
- Multiple parties need to be made aware of a project, change or goals
- Relaying information from an implementation plan
- Sharing information strategically
