This Recovery Plan provides information on the State of Iowa’s projects and how it plans to ensure program outcomes are achieved in an effective and equitable manner. It includes key performance indicators identified by the recipient and some mandatory indicators identified by Treasury. The State of Iowa will post this annual Recovery Plan on a public-facing website by or on the same date that the State submits the report to Treasury. This report covers the period from July 1, 2022, to June 30, 2023.
